Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange
an item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-859-324-1578 or send us an
email to customer_service@touchofheavenapparel.com. Include in your email
correspondence your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
The product must be clean with the original tags attached.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) and sales tax, if applicable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we have sent you the wrong item or the
product is defective.
Please note: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. We
encourage you to return your item(s) via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Return Receipt
for tracking purposes.

Orders ship directly from Kerusso, Inc. located in Berryville, Arkansas. Shipping times will vary
according to the ship method chosen as noted below.

International Orders - Orders Shipped Outside of the United States

All orders shipped outside of the US will ship via United States Postal Service,

regardless of the ship method chosen during checkout.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $75

Orders with a ship destination within the United States that total $75.00 or more quali

for Free Shipping.

weekends. The amount of time it takes for your package to arrive after that date is

determined by your distance from Arkansas where the order is shipped. Please allow
